“I really haven't noticed a difference , but my wife would say otherwise. I've been using Puresleep for about 3 1/2 years and she hasn't slept better. I'm not a heavy snorer but loud enough to disturb her sleep. Now she says it only sounds like that I'm breathing heavy, no rumbles of any type. There was a short adjustment to using the device, didn't quite get the first ones fitted properly and had sore teeth at the very beginning. All is well now.
