“I started consistently snoring in my 50s. Old flabby throat, I suppose. It was getting to be a problem for my husband because I snore in all positions. I've tried other one size fits all snore appliances and they hurt my teeth something terrible and make it feel like it's shifting my whole bite. This one does not. The material can be boiled and fitted to your bite and then gets firm and stays that shape. Others I've tried the material is so soft that it softens up with the heat of your mouth when you sleep and that's when it changes shape and make my teeth and jaw ache. This one is a little smaller too. Others are just giant. I guess they're made mostly for men as they tend to be snorers more than women. The Pure Sleep appliance it a good size for smaller mouths.
