“I chose your product as I was experiencing cramp 1-2 times every night. After taking 2 pills with breakfast each morning the cramp increased to 3-4 times per night, which I thought rather strange but continued for approx 2 weeks. No improvement, so I stopped taking them and I am back to normal - 1 - 2 cramps per night. All seems very odd but I feel I have given them a good trial, so must now return the remaining pills and request a refund. Sorry about delay responding but I have been waiting to speak to my doctor to discuss. She does not recommend magnesium as a cure for cramp.”
