“I bought these to help me sleep and perhaps with some joint pains I am having. I assume this is down to pre menopause. As yet I have not had any luck. My sleep is still disturbed and my joints still hurt. Will continue to take, and hope they do eventually help alleviate some of the symptoms.”

“The score is not conclusive nor a reflection on Purolab tablets alone. My wife and I have been finishing off a competitors supply of magnesium tablets (one before bed to help curb night-time cramps) and one Purolab tablet in the morning after breakfast. At two tablets per day, the dosage may be too high for me, as I found my stools were very soft to the extent that I found myself having to vacate my bowels up to five times per day. Accordingly I have temporarily stopped taking magnesium tablets altogether. My wife is on the same dosage and she also experienced a softening of stools which has now passed. However, she often forgets to take the night-time (competitors) tablet and still experiences some night-time cramps. I will return to taking one Purolab magnesium tablet per day in due course.”
“Chose this product because a similar product I was using from Holland & Barrett was a choke hazard. While this supplement is expensive it’s v easy to swallow. Not been using long so can’t testify as to its efficacy”
