“I'm 3 weeks into my first pack and can feel a huge difference already. Hot flashes and night sweats have just about disappeared, and there's a vast improvement in my achy joints, which are now more manageable. Sleep quality is starting to improve, foggy head is much clearer, and for the first time in ages I feel like me again. Only downside is they can bung you up a bit so have to combine with more fibre and veg in my diet which can only be a good thing.”
