The only negative is the plastic capsules give me severe indigestion (I don't normally suffer), my friend had the same issue and she opens the pills and sprinkles into yoghurt - works a treat!”
“So here's the deal. For the past year I have been experiencing the peri menopause like never before. “I have been using these tablets for a few weeks now. I don't know if it's coincidence but I have been waking up with a pressure headache every other night recently. I am peri menopausal and suffer with migraines, anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes all in one go. I don't know if it's the tablets but since pretty much the same time as I started the tables I wake up with a pressure headache followed by a panic or an anxiety attack. I try not to put it on the tablets. I am desperate to try something natural instead of HRTs. I have ordered another 2 months supply. I will persevere to use them until I decide it's definitely the tablets.
If anyone has an insight on this aspect of the product I would appreciate some feedback. Other than this experience I have not noticed anything else else yet. But I am desperately hoping I will soon”

“Have tried so many brands of supplements for menopause and have to say this is by far the best. My hot flushes have more or less disappeared, however I need to add it does not happen overnight, so keep with it and it will pay of.”
