“Love this company. Looking around and doing research, I stumbled upon this company, and found out they had a plant-derived B complex.
I felt a boom go off in my brain, the good kind by the way
So now I'm on my second bottle and will be buying a third very soon.
From what I've noticed, the ingredients mostly B vitamins haha, are the perfect milligrams. I would also like to add that I like the two capsule per day method. It allows me to take one after waking in the mornings, and the second dose mid-afternoon or so. And this works perfectly for me.
I've been taking B complexes for quite some time, and it's really hard for me to differentiate the different ones. And the way I know this is my new favorite, is the organic ingredients and they being plant derived which is super important to me.
Wonderful B complex that's flying under the radar which means more for me ;)
Thank you folks for what you're doing to make a difference in people's lives. By that I mean, healthy supplements, supplemented the proper way can and Do make a difference. So keep doing what you're doing.
