“Very high quality B-Complex. When I 1st recieved this about 3 yrs ago or more, my husband and I tried a droppers worth to start. We were both wide awake all night. I played around with # of drops and 4 drops a day in my morning green drink seems to work the best for us. If I feel I need more due to extra stress I will add a drop or 2. I don‚Äôt absorb B-Complex in solid forms so I found this one which I love and have found it to work consistently over these yrs. I used one based in fig juice before it but prefer this to it. It was hard to find a liquid one without alcohol etc. I have found all their products to be high quality & super clean.”
