“I would love to review these bags, BUT THEY DID NOT ARRIVE. I find it hard to believe I'm being asked to review a product the company claims was made weeks ago, lists in my Order #2185696, assigned a FedEx tracking number, but failed to ship to me. It was ordered a month ago. I placed 2 orders on Nov. 29th. I received the first order 3 days later and was overjoyed. After weeks of waiting and numerous emails attempts to contact Qualtry to receive a tracking number for my 2nd order (placed the same day) of one cutting board and 3 of these personalized Candy Striped Tote Bags, I finally received a tracking number and the order was to arrive December 22. Imagine my shock and dismay when only one of the 4 items was actually shipped to me. I contacted FedEx immediately to ensure that the rest of my order wasn't lying in a truck somewhere, but they assured me that only one item (the cutting board individually wrapped) was shipped. I've attempted to call Qualtry over 30 times and left messages, but not a word. The answering machine message promises to return my call, but that's a lie! Apparently, Qualtry thinks they have fulfilled my order, even though I have yet to receive 3 of the 4 items ordered. I would give zero stars at this point, and caution anyone thinking of using this company. This is absolutely unacceptable! Byers BEWARE!”
