“Good quality. The image is sharp. I liked that the back of the ornament was blank so I could write a personal note to each of the grandkids. I gave it a four out of five based on the fact that 3 out of the 7 ornaments that I ordered had a chip. See the picture. I have been ordering from them for years and this is the first time that has happened. I believe that it happened in transit not in the manufacturing process. Customer service was wonderful about replacing the damaged ornaments.”
