“Not happy at all because of the engraving. Product is of average quality which would have been fine but Qualtry had a problem with the apostrophe in my name. It was included on one product but left off a different one. Tried to rectify with many emails and was told the apostrophe couldn’t be handled as it was considered a “special” character which I find hard to believe as I have gotten other products engraved in the past and Qualtry had no problems then. So disingenuous. Will not order from Qualtry again as not resolved and will tell all my friends on social media my experience with Qualtry. P.S. If the apostrophe couldn’t be handled, the preview of the product on Qualtry’s website should say and show that. It looked completely fine in the preview. Again, just terrible customer service.”
