“The most disappointing feature is that the board is not cut symmetrically. I do not understand why this is an issue at all. If they are hand-cut, the person should be using a template. If they are machine-cut, they should be perfect. Personalized gifts should look better.
The edges are not perfectly smooth, but 600-grit sandpaper takes care of that.”
“The quality is horrible. The board is thin wood, poorly put together. The etching is poor quality, very light in some areas. Gave this company 2 chances to make the board right. They couldn’t either time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is a waste of money.”
Hello, Sally, We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking.

Just as with all wood boards we print, the "darkness of the burn" varies with the wood on the actual board. It is a natural difference in wood grain. As we run boards, we slow our machines down to try to get it darker but it still would not change its appearance.
