“The ceramic ornament was as pictured. I did not realize that it would not be glazed, and was thus prone to deteriorization due to contact if not careful. Qualtry did not seem to care how the ornaments were packaged, and all 5 ornaments that I ordered were placed together in a single small bubble mailer. Only 1 ornament arrived intact, and all the others were ground to pieces and dust.”
