“This is 4th time I have ordered the personalized dog collar in last 4 years. It used to 5 star quality ,the material the locking buckles and the metal ring where I attach the lease everything used to be sturdy . Even embroidery used to be nicely done. This time the quality is deteriorated. The buckle opened up when my dog pulled while walking. Even the ring doesn’t look sturdy and material is different and of low quality. I am still using the old qualtry collar while walking my dog and the new one is just like a necktie and I am using it when my dog is indoors. I won’t order again from Qualtry website.”

“This is a great collar. The name and number are clearly seen. I have washed it 2 times and it still looks great. Just over the weekend, someone called and mentioned that they could see the number without getting to close to the dog. Our dog is a beagle and he loves to sneak out. So we are thrilled with the collar, it allows people to let us know that he is out and about.”
