“The website interactive which should allow you to customize your product is sketchy. Attempted 4 or 5 times, check all detail as I entered 2 initials into their system. When asked to verify all looked correct. Each and every time I pushed to cart and looked, only 1 initial showed. As I stated, i deleted and re-entered it 4 or 5 times with the same result. Finally and hopefully thought it was just a glitch that wasn't showing 2nd initial in cart, so I ordered.
...sorry to say my 2 bottles arrived with just 1 initial and not acceptable to be given as the gifts they were intended to be. Waste of money and a big disappointment.”
“It doesn't hold much water. I wish it were bigger. The part on the bottle where my name is carved into the bottle is exposed. I don't how else to explain it. I feel like, once a name is carved, the letters should be filled in with black or white or some kind of clear sealer. I feel like it's going to get ruined real quick. It is cute tho.”
