“If I could leave a 0 star I would. I had to have my frames reprinted because they were not only not engraved but were printed backward. Then they remade the product which I just received and the picture quality is now fuzzy which wasn't on the first print and they engraved the lettering across the middle of 2 frames. I reached out for help they offered a refund but only on shipping and told me to reach out to Groupon. Groupon won't give me a refund and said it's up to the merchant so now I am out almost $50 and no frames to give as xmas gifts that are already late because of this mess!!!!!!!”

“Quality was ok. Photos were not sharp and quite pixelated. They also had a horrendous smell to them. I have to let them sit out in the garage before I gift them.”
