“Personalized Santa bag for our grandchild's Santa gift did not come until the day before Christmas Eve and was personalized incorrectly. It should have read NATHAN but instead it read SIOBHAN!!! Would have ruined our Santa gift plan if we weren't so clever. We told him that was his Eskimo Elfn name! I asked for a refund however I still have no response from Qualtry!!!”
