We were sorry to hear that you'd got a DVD stuck in the player on Sunday evening but were unfortunately unable to immediately send a maintenance person at that late hour on Sunday as you had requested. We respectfully request you didn't bust the DVD player to retrieve your DVD as had been suggested by you and that we would attend to it first thing on Monday. Our maintenance person did attend first thing Monday and sorted the DVD player (I think two had been placed inside) and also immediately dealt with the small maintenance issues you raised at that time and have noted here on your review. We are sorry if this in any way impacted your stay but did endeavour to act as quickly as possible as soon as issues were reported.
