“A beautiful appartment with a magnificent view on Poole Bay, Arne and Brownsea Island. Very comfortable and well equiped flat. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odour most of the time coming from the boiler. Apparently, it couldn't be fixed during our stay. The many keys and codes to be used for access were a nuisance.”

Hi Luc, Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay - the apartment is lovely and the views stunning. Also glad to report that the smelly boiler has now been fixed. A plumber identified an issue with the run of some pipes and all has been sorted. There are various entrances into the development whether on foot or by car and we try to ensure all codes are given for whichever way people wish to enter.
