“Lovely place and great staff at Quay, but disappointed that we had no hot water to wash up or shower the 2.5 days we were there, the plumber did come out urgently but we still only had luke warm water... expect better when you pay for an apartment of this quality.”

Dear Adrian, We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment. We are sorry that we were not able to fix the hot water during your stay, although our handyman was able to increase the temperature, it transpired that the boiler needed a new part, which has since been fitted. We do hope to welcome you again to Poole in the future. The Quay Team.
