“Cleanliness excellent, as was decor and effort made in this regard. Location is very convenient - easy walk to restaurants / pubs in Poole, and easy drive to get out of the town. All expected appliances present, good Smart TV, internet works well - both reliable and fast. Parking space on drive is small but easily accessed (got Honda Civic on it with a couple of inches spare), but further parking at back if needed would fit most larger vehicles. The main downside is that however good the internal specification is made, this is ultimately a small 'starter home' on an estate of other similar ones, with single open plan living area downstairs, small bathroom. Largely OK with 2 adults and a small child, but would feel tight with 4 adults I think.”
