“The cottage was great. There is one point that needs to be addressed. The address is impossible to find on google maps! We arrived at Heathrow after a long 11.5 hour flight, hired a car and headed down to Poole and collected keys. I only read the the email notifying me about the code and where to find the keys on my return home. Once we collected the keys shortly after 10pm we expected to be led by google maps to what appeared to be a simple address (have a look to see where it leads you!). But found that it did not exist in Pottery Road. After an hour of driving up and down and walking back and forth we found a neighbour who directed us up a narrow pathway to the front door. It would be as well to warn those who arrive late that it is no easy task to find the cottage!!”

Sorry to hear it was difficult to find the cottage on your arrival, we have tried to give clear details on our arrival email as it is tucked down a side road, however I understand that you did not see this email until you returned home.
