“I have a 10*10 screen tent and love it. It's buggy where we live and we can spent so much more time outside with this tent. Love it for summer evenings. It's really simple to set up and we spend a lot of time in it. My tent was pretty much destroyed by a micro burst---wind picked it up and I think it did two somersaults. All four of the side struts were twisted and wrecked. Totally my fault for leaving it up in weather that bad--certainly not a product defect. I reached out to customer service about a replacement frame because there is nothing wrong with the tent or screen. After I sent pictures of the damage they sent a replacement frame. They only charged me for shipping. Couldn't have been nicer about it. Cicely was the person who helped me and she was really helpful. What a great company.”

“We absolutely LOVE our Popup Canopy. With Covid-19, we are still able to have our friends over for dinner and stay socially distanced outside in our Popup Canopy. We are planning to build a larger deck next year and definitely plan to buy a larger version of this Popup Canopy when the deck is completed. One small part seemed to gave been damaged during shipping. Quictent's Customer Service sent us a replacement part immediately. We are very pleased with the product and the outstanding Customer Service.”

“Had a minor problem with a corner pole due to my error. I contacted Quictent and can't believe their quality of service. Great tent. So good I actually put it up on my deck and now we can sit outside without all of the bugs. (Our state bird is the mosquito). Glad I didn't have to deal with someone in China. Quictent made sure I was happy. They actually shipped me a new frame FREE OF CHARGE! I have told all of my friends. My son bought one also.”

“Purchased this pop up canopy because we were tired of buying one every year. None of the $60 ones would last. Had a little problem when it arrived so I sent off an email to there customer service. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jasmine. I explained what was going on and sent a few pictures and she took care of everything ASAP. It was a pleasure dealing with her Thank you again Jasmine. Your company rocks”

“I made my initial order and once I got my screened in gazebo the screen was defective. I contacted customer service and within a week I had new screen at no charge. This company is amazing, extremely pleased with their customer service. I would recommend everyone I know to order from this company. Thank you so much my replacement fit perfect!”

“Overall a nice unit. Assembly is very easy Screen is wonderful as it covers well all the way to ground. However there are some glaring quality issues. The top has started to rip where velcro fastens to roof beams. The zipper is ripping out due to poor sewing and I've lost a tie down strap. Just gone. Quictent customer service is beyond good....they are fantastic. When a gust came up and ripped out strap loop, unit took a tumble. Bent cross arms badly. I contacted Quictent and they replaced arms for free, including shipping! Wonderful customer service. Just wish the quality of their product was half as good as their service.”
