“This would've been 5 Stars, but I ordered white and it's definitely not white. More of a light silvery gray. I thought maybe there was a mix up, but the box/packaging says white and they don't even sell a silver or gray canopy tent like the one I ordered.”

“Excellent customer service. This tent fits perfectly in our backyard and when the top part ripped due to weather damage I was so disappointed that we had lost our favorite hangout spot. With one simple email they said they would gladly replace that part! What company does that?!?!?! 5 stars isnt even properly high enough in my opinion. Anytime I need any sort of pop up tent or something for an event, I will definitely be choosing Quictent!”

“I ordered this tent because it according to the reviews it was easy to put up and I have an upcoming drive through baby shower. Upon arrival, the tent appeared to be used. I reached out to the company and they stood behind their product and customer service 100%! They sent me a new tent that arrived today in time for the baby shower! I absolutely love the tent will be using it often! Thanks so much!”
