“My dog ripped a hole in the netting. The netting can be detached. On an off-chance, I emailed the company about getting a replacement netting. Not only did they get right back to me, they sent me the netting so quickly. After i received the replacement they emailed me to make sure i received it”

“We love our tent that we have gotten,it was one of the best things that we added to our rear patio this year.we have spent so much time using this year. Unfortunately, we got a small problem with it,so I contacted quictent and spoke with Pearl at customer service. She was so helpful and worked with me to figure out the exact item that we purchased and went above and beyond to help us.she kept in constant communication with me many,many times until everything was resolved and we have gotten our situation taken care of. The service that I received was the best that I have ever gotten from any company that I have ever dealt with I can't give her enough credit for what she did. I will continue to deal with quictent and certainly recommend them to all. They are a great company. Again thanks so much to Pearl and quictent. Thanks Dave D”
