“It’s a very sturdy canopy as it has withheld numerous wind storms. I ordered a replacement just to have on hand in case it it didn’t make it.”

“I needed a permanent solution to keep my golf cart and ATV out of the damaging Florida Sun. Quictent provided that with fast delivery and great customer service. Joy was a pleasure to deal with. I strengthened it with pressure treated 4 by fours. It's not going anywhere now. we get huge wind here in Florida”

“We have had this product for a couple years now, and when a massive storm destroyed the tarp portion of the tent, the staff were very helpful with getting it replaced for a small fee, and made sure we had all the accompanying parts and even checked on the rest of the structure to see if we needed anything else replaced. They have been very thorough and the customer service alone is a good enough reason to purchase this product.”

“Bought the Quictent carport so that I could continue teaching guitar throughout the pandemic. We added (2) tarp "walls" and a small propane heater, and it's been the music tent for several months now. It was easy to put up, has stayed up through wind and snow, and when a pole was accidentally bent, Jenna in Customer Service was amazing and arranged for a replacement. I've taught in 34 degree weather and the student and I were both comfortable. As an added bonus, we parked the car under it during the recent ice storm. We did not have to scrape the next day, unlike our neighbors. I'm sure that after the pandemic is over, the Quictent will stay up.”

“I have utilized Quictents' customer service twice in the last 3 years. They are very helpful and attempt to see if your product issues fall under warranty before they offer alternative suggestions. Even when our original purchase's warranty had expired, they provided replacement parts at discounted prices. They are very communicative and thorough. Their products are very good. We now have a brand new and refurbished 10x20 carports. I recommend their products.”
