I ordered a replacement cover for a 9x10x8 greenhouse . Made my payment and was told cover was sent . Cover never arrived . Tracking showed FedEx label made , but never scanned . Customer service then said cover was resent . Cover never arrived . Tracking showed same senario . Next thing I know, a refund was being issued because item was out of stock . That’s BS to me . Why not send UPS if FedEx messed up . I feel like I was being jerked around for two weeks . You can follow my email trail to Martina to verify . Quictent gets a below 1 rating as far as I’m concerned . Martina below that . I will go to Grandio for my future greenhouse needs . This is Mike Bumgardner and you can use my name on this review .

Their products are as good as expected but their customer service is amazing. They have gone out of their way to help me twice now.

I'm not really happy that it was so easy for the wind to blow my greenhouse down and bent my support poles but it was extremely easy to get replacement poles quickly.

I Purchased a cover about a year ago and it ripped across the top. I contacted for warranty work. I was extremely pleased with Milka Who took the time to assist me with my warranty. it was a pleasure working with this company with no questions ask. thanks again for my pro-rated cover of maybe better than 50% reduction of price. thank you Tim from Cincinnati
