“We purchased the 20 X 40 and were very happy with it. Unfortunately we left it up in a 50 knot wind storm and damaged the tent. I reached out to Joy in customer service and she did everything she could to find the replacement parts and gave us a discount. She also stepped up the original order as she knew we were a restaurant in need of outdoor dining . We couldn't be happier with Joy and their service!”
