“I received this and as it was being erected I noticed 2 distressed spots in the canvas and was missing the L-pegs. I contacted customer service, and received a timely response from Pearl telling me that Ishe would send the L- pegs but could I just keep the cover for now? What? So far I have yet to receive the L-pegs or any other correspondence from this company! I feel that for the price I paid for this canopy, I shouldn't have to accept anything less than perfect!”
