“When I received my canopy I was very pleased with how easy it was to put together. I like the way it fastens itself with the spring-loaded locks. I have seen others when people try to put their canopy together they keep falling apart before they get the pieces connected together. One is because they have too many joints with no locking parts. Quictent doesn't have any joints in between the braces. One whole pole to the next joint all around. This makes the frame more stable and my canopy has never fallen apart. I have seen others with a bunch of joints fall apart trying to put it together. If you need a good quality canopy then look no farther than Quictent. I am very happy I chose this canopy. I think this is a very reliable company with more than quality canopy's.”

“I live in an area of the USA that is submit to extreme weather events at times - high winds, hail and heavy snow loads. I ordered the Carport after having hail damaged to my pick-up truck two years in a row (last 2-inch diameter hail). I have had the carport for about 1-1/2 years. While I don't expect the canopy to withstand large diameter hail, it protected by truck in hail up to 1-inch (haven't had anything larger this year). It also has withstood high winds well. I know the canopy isn't designed for heavy snow loads, so I do take the canopy down in the winter, but we had an early unexcepted snow event this fall with approx. 4+ inched of heavy wet snow before I had a chance to remove the canopy, and the carport/canopy didn't have any issues.”

“My previous carport came from Harbor Freight & was up for 3 years until the winter storm of the century hit Texas. So I purchased my quictent as a replacement. WOW what a difference, thicker larger diameter pipes, all welds are sturdy & continious! You can tell a lot of thought went into this design, the vinyl coated steel cables are a big plus, the canopy itself is a heavier weight & assembly was a breeze. I've already got 2 other people who are also going to buy one after seeing mine! I just can't say enough about the quality & the design. THANK YOU Quictents!”

“The product was great! It is used as a canopy for protection of families who are picking up children from our church preschool every day. Unfortunately, there was a severe windstorm that blew the canopy over and bent a number of the poles. I contacted Joy in Customer Service, and she quickly shipped the replacement parts at a very low price. Unfortunately, we miscounted the number of replacement poles needed, so Joy was contacted again. She shipped the additional poles to us within a couple of days at no cost! They stand behind their products even when damage is not due to any product problem, and their customer service it tops! Joy is the best!”

“I needed to replace my 10x 20 top because of a small rip for a stick. Emailed the company and Cicely was very helpful and stent a replacement canopy in a short amount of time. Thank you Cicely with all your help.”
