“OK... SO, purchase was great. No missing parts, Shipped fast, great service. This tent is more designed for picnics parties, etc... and better to be put up then taken down. We recently had a very mild wind and snow and this tent collapsed. I do not know if it was a build error, faulty parts, or just not durable. After an email sent to customer service. I was told that even though advertised as a car port it is STILL temporary, lucky for us it was used as storage and not a garage. But the customer service agent (Cicily) helped me out. With a little proof of purchase and proof of damages he quickly sent me the replacement parts I needed. We are using the same tent for storage, This time we took no chance and went to home depot and purchase some thin rope to anchor it down and tied all of the poles together so they dont separate. If you are looking for a garage etc... the same company has more durable ones. If you are looking for a quick tent to pop up and take down after using, This is definitely for you. My daughter and I put this up in minutes with no hassle.!!”

“A couple of parts were damaged in shipping, I took pictures and emailed them to customer service and the new parts were in a few days. Very happy all is fine now.”
