“The looks are awesome and functionality is nearly there. After 30+ years of MTB races/rides and and therefore 50+ shoes I must say there is room for improvement. Mostly sizing and cushioning. I bought 44 as a 43 person and got stuck in the middle: fine when I ride road and steady off-road, but when terrain gets rough I start floating in the shoe. I miss heel cushioning that keeps my foot in place. The shoe has a good toebox, but the boa’s tend to wrinkle the Upper shoe when I’m looking for a solid fit. In the end the shoe is not allround enough to fit my MTB/gravel adventures. Suggestion: half sizing might help out, or a more sturdy inside cushioning.”
“My shoe size is 44, the fit was spot on. There is ample toe clearance for a bit of wide fit. Cleat range on this shoe can go further back for better pedaling position, which is a plus for me. Overall look and build of the shoe is very good.”

Once I opened the box I instantly fell in love with the color and build quality. The GTXC stands out compared to its competitors in the price point. The only disappointment was that I wear a USA 9.5 and the UK 44 was a bit roomy for my slender foot. I have exchanged it for a 43. I can’t wait for them to arrive. Maybe in the future QUOC might have 1/2 sizes. UPDATE: I now have my 43's and they fit perfectly. The exchange was fast and hassle free. I can't wait to try other models.”
