“Shoes are indeed stylish, and appear well-made. Would like to see half sizes offered. Wide toe box and stiff soles = great power transer. However, customer service is lukewarm at best. My shoes were received without all of the arch support inserts, and rather than correct their mistake, Quoc recommended I go out a and purchase separate insoles. After two months repeated attempts to rectify have been met with crickets. Will likely stick w/Giro or other brands in the future.”
