“I really didn't want to write up a bad review, but I have no choice.
We should start with the fact that the shoes will not stay tight, somehow the dials always disengage and when I reach down to tighten back up, it is always loose. Next we can talk about the heel piece that I have to tighten up a couple times a month. The worst part is the carbon fibre sole, which is described on the website as "Handlaid, unidirectional carbon fibre sole to provide ultimate stiffness and efficient power transfer". It is not stiff whatsoever. When walking, you can feel the sole bend and give when stepping down. I can even feel it while clipped in, the sole is bouncy and is not stiff at all. When out of the saddle and putting power down, I can feel that little bit of sink on each downstroke. The shoe is also not just comfortable at all, 4-5 hours in these are not enjoyable.
I expected more out of these shoes, very disappointed.”
“Nicely styled shoe and super stiff so great technical performance. Shoe is a nice fit in terms of width and lengrh except the toe box is super uncomfortable on the top of my toe joints. It is a shame it is really uncomfortable. Done about 500km in them and having to put foam in to manage discomfort.”
