“My Niece ordered four pairs of shoes from you and words can't describe how bad they were. I bought her vouchers for £500 and she added another £300 for her WEDDING. They arrived looking like they had been worn and they were falling apart and not even made very well. She was then told a pair was coming from America and she would have to pay shipping. Each shoe was made so badly and they are not cheap and my Niece would not have been able to wear them. They all got sent back and we haven't heard anything since for a refund so lets see what happens next as I wont let this go”
