“I purchased these shoes to wear at my wedding. Overall, I really like these shoes. The leather is very soft, they are quite comfortable, and they are very beautiful and well made. However, I was not sure if I should return them for a smaller size since there was a bit of extra space in the heel. I emailed Rachel Simpson and sent photos asking for advice on exchange to a smaller size and I did not receive a response. I did decide to keep the size 36 shoes rather than exchange but it would have been helpful to have received a response to my inquiry. I would still recommend Rachel Simpson shoes though because they are very lovely.”
