“The rack itself works OK, but it is so insanely heavy - especially with the add-on - that it is essentially useless. It takes two strong people to even hitch it to the car. I wish I would have bought something else, frankly, and am hoping to sell it.”

“all though mostly a good product the keys/locks are difficult to manage and for older people is it quite heavy and takes two of us to load and unload the bikes.”
