“Kind of a cumbersome process. I placed an on line order after being told in the Portland store that there was some inventory left, but it was low and in DC. Waited about a month and then sent an email checking the status. Did not hear back so I called, was on hold for a while then requested a call back. Never heard back. Called again a few days later and was told it had just shipped. It arrived a couple of days later and worked great. I realized that my SUP’s were too heavy for one so I ordered another one. Waited a few days and then called. Could not get through. Then got an email a couple days later saying that my order was a duplicate and was cancelled. I sent an email back trying to fix that. Then decided to check Yakima website and found the product in a store in Eugene. Sent another email updating them on my status and drove to Eugene and bought it there. The next day I got an email acknowledging my status.”

“I puchased a Yakima bike rack a few months ago and was promised a complimentary Yakima BookMark as part of their promotion plan. It has taken months and several phone calls and emails to get things sorted out. But the staff at Rack Attack South is very good at being helpful and persistent. Calls to the main distribution number are usually lost in the mist somewhere!”

“We recently purchased two e-bikes and the Rack Attack staff were helpful pointing us to a bike carrier/rack that meets our needs. The rack is easy to install on the hitch and securing bikes is quick. Rack has locks for the hitch as well as for bikes. Rack arrived a few days later than promised, so there was a delay picking up one of the e-bikes. Will definitely return if we have other needs (roof rack, etc).”
