“Rack Attack Saved the Day! I had to place an “ala carte” order from Yakima because I only needed 1/2 of a full Overhaul kit. Rack Attack placed the order for me as an authorized dealer, and shipping to their store was free plus they matched competitors sale price on some of items which was great. But what saved the day was Rack Attack going above and beyond for my order: Yakima told me the rack towers were in stock, but then 2 days ago said only one was available which was a problem since the truck is heading south and the rack was critical. Rack Attack was able to get me the back ordered parts in 1 day which Yakima said only “we’re sorry”. Huge thanks to Rick, Jack and the Rack Attack St Louis Park MN team!!”

“Chase and Hunter are just phenomenal Their commitment to customer service and really making an expensive purchase an enjoyable and positive one was outstanding. I had been considering the Hullavator for a long period and when I finally was ready they were there to make the sale and installation a breeze. I had many options of where to buy, but their knowledge of the products, experience at the installation and just ease of working with them made deciding to buy t Rack Attack-Tampa a no brainer. Highly, highly recommend them. You can't go wrong.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Rack Attack with both of our cars. We put a hitch on a 2024 Lexus RX and also brought in a 2023 Tesla Y. The appointments were confirmed by email as well as timely reminders. Our wait times were clearly explained ahead of time. In a fun twist (for me) the used Tesla already had a trailer hitch hiding behind the bumper, which I didn’t know about (I don’t think the Ford dealer I bought it from knew about this either). Even though the bumper was removed for the planned hitch installation, and labor time was used, I was charged nothing for the Tesla. I would highly recommend the Rack Attack in St. Louis Park Minnesota.”

“Had an issue with my Thule bike rack locking mechanism. Bike shop I purchased it at couldn’t fix it so referred me to Rack Attack. Service was amazing. Fixed it in about 10 minutes. They went above and beyond! I will definitely be supporting this business in the future.”

“The sales guys went out of their way to piece together my order… back ordered parts… they emailed to keep me updated!!! And got part from Chicago and part from Denver. The Cruz roof racks are way more than expected as good if not better than more expensive brands that I’ve had though the years”

“I recently visited the Rack attack by the Mall and I must say those guys are awesome. I initially scheduled to have a tonneau cover installed, however due to other obligations I had to reschedule twice and the guys working there made the process so easy. “I just sold my older Mazda and now have an Altima. My Thule rack from the Mazda won't fit the Altima, so I spoke with Nelson at Rack Attack. He told me that the fit kit for the Altima is out of stock, but then helped me to find another dealer who had the kit. A huge thank you to Nelson for awesome customer service!!! I will be back.”

“My bed cover was delivered to me per fedx, I didn't need to go pick it up, per RA. The L channel was to short, wrong one in the box, I just called the 800 # instead of dealing with RA. They sent out the wrong one again, I called back again, then i gor the right one.”

“J’ai acheté un auvent yakima en rabais denviron 50 pour cent du pdsf sur leur site en ligne. L’auvent a été out of stock pendant plusieurs semaines mais Rackattack à respecté ma commande et à livré l’auvent au prix convenu. Le delai de quelques semaines durant l’hivers ne m’a pas derangé vu que j’ai reçu l’auvent au printemps et a tres bon prix.”
