I originally ordered the Saris Bones EX 3 but after a month of no updates on stock/delivery, I emailed to switch the order to the Thule Gateway Pro 3. The support rep (Justin) was quick to respond and support through email. Unfortunately, when I asked about product/vehicle fit, he told me the Gateway was compatible with our vehicle (2018 Honda Odyssey). Upon getting the product and starting to work on assembling it onto our van, the Fit guide (that I had to find online as the one that came in the box didn't provide this info) clearly indicated that the product was not compatible with our vehicle. Fortunately, we were able to make some adjustments to make it work safely. I have since emailed out to customer support (Justin in particular) about the vehicle for/dial setting but have received no response for multiple days. I don't think I'll order from this distributor again in the future.

The topper is nice, but that is about it. The crew that works at the charlotte location is not the best or least the day I went for install wasn't. They make comments thinking customer can't hear, when there is no one else in store. They need to put a sign on door saying once enter store you are not allowed to be on your phone. But back to the day of install, when we went there to pick out a topper Phil was nice and helpful. When I got it installed there was one worker that for some reason had to go and make the whole truck his. A/C full blast for no reason, questioned why the suspension on the truck was like it is, and then changed the driver seat to where it doesn't sit right anymore. It sits lower than needs to be and even with adjustments doesn't go back right. When I called to get an explanation on what they did to the seat, the guy who answered just laughed and said sorry with more laughter.

My Cruz Kicker arrived damaged and unusable. I having tried contacting customer service by phone and email unsuccessfully for over a week to arrange a replacement.

The $2800 order was short shipped by more than half and not back ordered. We were not advised. We still don’t know if it will be completed or if we have to return and buy somewhere else. Everyone was happy and courteous.

Ordered roof racks and kayak racks and was appreciative of the fact that the company site allows you to put in your vehicle make and model to ensure that choices are compatible. As well as the fact that I received an e-mail stating that the parts would be checked to ensure compatibility before the order is shipped. Order arrived promptly. The kayak box was open upon arrival and according to the parts list parts were missing. Customer service was friendly and seemed helpful. I was assured that the parts could be sent. 7 weeks later, some back and forths, patience wore out & returned item. Upon purchasing the same rack elsewhere I discovered that washers only appear on the supply list, not in the mounting direction and that the roof rack and kayak bars are not compatible. Lesson learned ... being courteous and patient can come back on you. Definitely would not be ording from Rack Attack again. There needs to be some trust in the people/companies that I deal with.

Waited for a long time for my item to come in from back stock. Got a phone call that they had the item and that it would be shipping. They charged my credit card and I still haven’t seen a tracking confirmation for my item being shipped. It’s been 13 days since that communication. Very disappointed.

Some of staff is very rude he drop the phone while im still talking, im just sayin the manufacturing brand and he said' We don't care about that brand and drop the phone at sametime.bestwishes for you!.

I have been a customer of RackAttack since 2004. My last purchase from them was disappointing. I purchased the Yakima mounting nodes for my Q-towers only to find that when the towers weren't mounted the cover caps for the nodes did not fit securely. I decided to go with the Yakima Landing Pad mounts. I was then charged for the mounting of the original nodes and then charged again for the mounting of the Land Pad mounts. I don't think I should have been charged for the mounting of the first Q-Tower mounting nodes.

When several purchased parts did not fit my current towers I was offered help in determining the problem and was requested to send pictures. I did and was told the parts i purchased would not fit my set up. I further explained that the parts sent did not match the parts images in the dierctions supplied. I never heard back from customer service. I will be returning my purchase for a refund.

The parts comparability selector is great, accidentally order the wrong parts from a different company found your site with the right part payed for expedited/next day shipping, the part didn't arrive until 3 days after the expected delivery date, at that point went a got the part at a store an hour or so away, will be returning the package unopened. Half the blame is definitely mine for things being last minute but a little disappointed that I payed for next day shipping but the package basically got standard shipping.

I ordered a roof rack even though their prices seemed expensive - the parts were shipped from two different parts of the country, arriving days apart. The instructions were weak, so I looked on their site for videos, but instead got a lot of "404"s - Page Not Found. I chatted with suppoert but they weren't vey helpful ("our website is under maintenance"

Don't have any straps yet, after ordering them 2 weeks ago. I complained and another shipment was sent. I just got a UPS notification of delivery by tomorrow. We'll see. I have no complaints about the straps, as I've used them before.

Bought a Hullavator along with the Thule wingbar evo 118 and fit kit for my car. When I put the load bars on my car there was only 2 inches on the front rack for overhang and 2 1/2 on the back. I emailed pictures and also called to confirm that this was the guaranteed perfect fit for the Hullavator. I was assured it was. Twice. So I cut the rubber strips and attached the Hullavator. Thank god I had my windows down or it would have smashed them. I emailed pictures and said that I was pretty sure this was NOT the perfect fit. The reply was that they would forward my concerns to the appropriate department. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing back I ended up going to another store and purchased another set of wingbar evo 135 crossbars that were 6 inches longer so I could go Kayaking. My husband passed away on February 24th 2023. I was heavily relying on this store guidance as I have never had a kayak rack system because my deceased husband just loaded them in his truck. Never heard back from Rack Attack and am now stuck with bars that are useless to me and the rubber has been cut. If your going to purchase crossbars and a Hullavator make sure you order crossbars longer than suggested. 4 inch + of overhang. Save yourself the time, money and frustration.

Orders shouldn't take 3-4 days to leave the warehouse. Was trying to get those clips for a trip and ended up having to overnight from backcountry.com

I would have provided a 4 star rating, except the review process will not allow me to submit my star rating without the addition of a written review. That is a massive pain and time waster for me, therefore now a 2 star rating.
