“Unable to review as ups won’t deliver in the tornado destruction area of Menasha WI for the past 12 days. I see Amazon trucks and Fedx trucks, but no ups trucks. Must be a corporate policy. Roads are passable and electricity has been restored after 11 days. I really hope they deliver soon as we plan to paddle a class II river in northern Wisconsin in 2 weeks and need the parts to finish our Yakima roof rack to take our canoes.”

“I needed some new parts for the Yakima On-Ramp ebike carrier. They aren't normally available on the site and come out of the U.S. The Rack Attack customer service guy got the order sorted and expedited my parts to a rural BC address much faster than expected. Rack Attack has great customer service and will source parts that may not appear on the website.”
