“Online experience was good. The employee found the item and took the payment information, and I received a confirmation. That was about a week ago and have not received any updates on the status of the order or even if it has shipped yet.”

“It was relatively easy driving from Ben Lomond to your facility. The insulation was a bit more pricey than I had expected since it was previously installed. The installation was efficient while I waited and I was on my way in about 45 minutes.”

“Revised review: Rack Attack reached out and informed me that this is a limitation of the maker (Sport Rack) to order locks made for specific keys. Replacement keys are fine, but in my case a bike trailer hitch lock cannot be bought for a specific key. I've dealt with the Rack Attack team in Toronto since I had my first vehicle and they have always been great to deal with. I'd like to chalk this issue up to maybe not being aware of this limitation by Sport Rack and a miss in calling or emailing me back once they were aware. While not a flawless transaction, I do appreciate the followups and the team at Rack Attack trying to make it right. -- The staff was knowledgeable and quick to respond through phone and email. I had issues with the length of time it took to recieve my parts though; which is somewhat understandable. However, the biggest issue I have is that I ordered keys with a specific code. The intent was to have all keys matching. The parts delivered did not respect this aspect of the ordering. So after waiting all this time, I have mis-matched keys and locks. The opposite of what I wanted. I have filled in the form to notify you of the mix-up, but have not yet received a reply back.”

“Finding and ordering my parts was easy, and delivery was okay. it shipped from the Seattle store to Everett and took 3 days. It would be great if they offered in-store pick-up. I could have saved a little money. It's always great working with Rack Attack.”

“Rack Attack was easy to work with and have a great selection. The only negative was their ability to advisee on the best bike rack for MY car. The one I bought needed a hitch and my car scrapes bottom with them on. I should have been warned about the appropriateness of the rack for my specific car model so I could have made a better choice.”

“Engaged, helpful staff with quick service. I would give 5* but they installed one of my roof bars backward. Easy enough fro my friend to turn around once we figured out what the problem was. Would definitely use them again”

“This is great rack. It's heavy, so it's not trivial to add and remove from my hitch. Attaching four bikes at the same time can be tricky based on the size and types of bikes. But once they're on the rack: YES! They're stable. They can be locked up. And swinging open the bikes so you may access the rear gate is pretty easy. It works.”

“Everyone was super helpful. I had a friend giving me his old rack and storage box. Turns out his parts, while the model numbers matched, were older versions and didn't fit the setup I needed. I'd have appreciated a warning about this from staff but in the end I got everything I needed. The wrong footings were delivered to my house but I was able to swap them at the store in Leaside no problem. Anyways, they sell great quality products and while I had a few bumps with service things worked out fine. I'd recommend a friend here and would shop here again.”
