“Shipping was quick, but the Rooftop Cargo Box was mangled and there was a small dent in the Cargo Box itself as a result.”

“Racks arrived on time and everything was there nearly, just missing one lock core which they agreed to send to me after a quick and easy call. Racks went to gether and on the SUV no problem.”

“The pre-service support is excellent, as well as the online shopping experience. My order kept getting delayed for delivery by UPS, even though it was already in Montreal. Taking one star off for that one, although I understand it’s not in their control. I had to call UPS to put pressure on getting the item delivered. The UPS rep said either the seller or buyer could’ve contacted them.”

“The Online Manager Brock was awesome in following up on my order which was weeks late as it had to be submitted to Thule and shipped by Dominion. Despite my frustration that I expressed below, I appreciate the great service of the Brock, the Online Manager in rectifying the problems. OLD REVIEW: The order was delayed several times I’ve still not received it and it’s been weeks since I ordered. Terrible experience in that I called to cancel the order. They agreed to cancel and then two days later said that they would not cancel. Went back-and-forth with them to tell them that I did not Want the product anymore and that nobody would be at the house to receive it and they are still saying they are going to deliver it. It is now 4 to 5 weeks since I ordered and I no longer need it.”

“Hi folks, I'm super happy with the rocky Mounts rack, and the support I got when I called your Vancouver store. Phone support to the online order was also really good, when I called to find out how much longer I had to wait. Segue to the only critical point, delivery time. It took about 6-7 weeks to get the rack to me. Would have liked occasional updates to let me know I hadn't been forgotten. Otherwise, great experience all around!”

“I needed the KC Hilites wire hider for my Pro6 roof light bar for my tacoma. Shipping was a bit expensive however it did arrive only in a couple days. Product is working as intended with the included 3M VHB tape. Made sure to have the glass and the truck warmer than 18c before install. Cleaned where I applied the tape with a degreaser and rubbing alcohol.”

“Would have been a perfect 5, but for one little hiccup. The M1 measurement would not work at 37.5". With a little experimenting it worked at 38.5". M3 of 35.5" was better at 36". My Equinox EV 2024 with flush rails is a new model, and not quite the same as Equinox gasoline engine. GREAT towers. The round bar adapters meant keeping my old attachments which was great.”
