“Staff are quick to respond on what items I need for my rack system. Just too bad that the item took long to deliver coz it was not available.”

“The product seems to be of good quality. A couple of parts were missing, but they were not needed for my vehicle. It was difficult to get in touch with Rack Attack staff. When I finally did manage to connect with a staff member who could answer my questions, the conversation was reasonably helpful. However, an installation video that I was promised never arrived. I suspect that the reason may have been that the staff member tried texting the video to the number I was calling from—which was a land line, so obviously this would not work. Staff members should confirm that their intended recipients are using a cellphone before texting—many of us who live in rural areas use our land lines for such calls, since the cell signal is unreliable and calls are sometimes dropped.”

“This product fits my 2025 RAV4 nicely and was easy to install, but I've noticed the rear rubber cover doesn't sit firmly on the rails, which is somewhat disappointing.”

“I had a Rhino Rack installed on my Jeep Wrangler by the team at Rack Attack Cary. Teegan, the sales associate, was fantastic to work with—very knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. The installation team did an excellent job overall, and the rack looks great. As a small piece of constructive feedback, the finishing touches after installation (such as cleanup and vacuuming) could be improved. My Jeep was brand new and very clean prior to the install, so a bit more attention to post-install cleanup would have made the experience perfect. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and service.”

“I am enjoying my new roof cargo carrier, however I was expecting an order confirmation but instead just received the package, so all is well. There was a small dent in one of the rail's metal pieces that prevented the roof attachment to go on, but it was repaired with a pair of pliers. Despite the two issues, I am enjoying the cargo carrier.”

“The team in the Victoria store were great. My rack got delayed so I never had it delivered to my house I had to travel back down to Victoria to pick it up. Not the fault of the team in Victoria miss communication from elsewhere.”
