“This is great rack. It's heavy, so it's not trivial to add and remove from my hitch. Attaching four bikes at the same time can be tricky based on the size and types of bikes. But once they're on the rack: YES! They're stable. They can be locked up. And swinging open the bikes so you may access the rear gate is pretty easy. It works.”

“I like my rack but I didn't get exactly the deal I was told and then no one would sell me a hardware kit to fit my top box on which is why I got the rack in the first place”

“Everyone was super helpful. I had a friend giving me his old rack and storage box. Turns out his parts, while the model numbers matched, were older versions and didn't fit the setup I needed. I'd have appreciated a warning about this from staff but in the end I got everything I needed. The wrong footings were delivered to my house but I was able to swap them at the store in Leaside no problem. Anyways, they sell great quality products and while I had a few bumps with service things worked out fine. I'd recommend a friend here and would shop here again.”

“Happy with the process except for the fact that the roof rack came in three separate boxes which arrived separately. I am also waiting for a Thule lock set to finalize the project. Four boxes all shipped separately.”

Joe, we appreciate your feedback. We try to ship all items from the same location; however, we don't always have the stock available and are sometimes forced to split the order up. We'd rather get you the stuff sooner in separate shipments than delay the order to keep it all in one box. We'll get the locks to you as soon as they are available (I will follow up!). “Pleased so far with my Thule Wingbar Evo crossbars and Thule Canyon Cargo Basket purchase (installed on 2017 CRV). Timely delivery, ease of assembly, and installation. One disappointment: three of five bolt / wingnut combos securing the basket wind screen vibrated loose and were lost on first trip. Contacted Rack Attack customer service and was referred to Thule. Thule promptly mailed replacement bolts, etc. (5 stars for Thule and their customer service rep.) Caution future purchasers to add LocTite or similar product to these bolts.”

“We need the cross bars for a 2011 Chevy Malibu. I already purchased the other required naked roof hardware from Rack Attack online. What are my options and pricing? Our primary interest is surfing. “The experience with Rack Attack was fine. The web site worked well and had plenty of detail about the item and the price was very good. The rack is pretty heavy and the shipper did not do their best job with it and the rack ended up dented in a couple of places from being dropped. Fortunately, I was able to remove the dents and everything went together as it was suppose to.”

“I believe that the cross bar box were dropped in shipping as the front of both cross bars have a small dent and scratch. It was relatively easy to install, but could not give a full 5 star rating on the product from the damage that was received in shipping.”

“Fast delivery The box was very damaged when it arrived due to courier mishandling and an M8 nut was missing from the box so I had to go to Home Depot to purchase one. However, in response, Rack Attack contacted me and addressed the situation quickly and appropriately. Sometimes a vendor can't control all aspects of a transaction but what Rack Attack did was take responsibility.”

“No issue with your service. The only thing I would mentioned is that most of the products I ordered were shipped from out West and it takes for ever to get to Quebec. I cant instal the Deluxe Pack, still waiting on the Yakima adapter mount. No hard feeling”
