“Quick delivery from Canada. Good price. The box of my bike rack had clearly been previously opened and repacked which perhaps should have been mentioned but the product inside was perfect so I can't complain.”

“Easy to navigate site, fast, reasonable shipping. Was one of the only retailers with the item in stock for immediate shipping. (Dometic Hydration Water Jug). The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that a different color jug was delivered than the one I ordered. Same item, no impact on usability.”

“Originally called Toronto location for some miscellaneous Thule parts and confirmed part number over phone. Once I got there, the wrong parts were waiting for me. I drove over 45 minutes for the parts. The staff recognized the error and did, what I considered fair, to rectify the problem. Parts were supplied a couple days later!! I would give 5/5 if not for the misunderstanding. But the solution was:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“would give 5/5 stars but the (outer) packaging came pretty beat up; I ordered the Thule OutWay Hanging 3. Luckily, all components inside were perfectly fine. Shipping time was also reasonably quick. Would definitely order from them again”

“The rack extension I ordered was out of stock so I had to wait for a few weeks but as soon it was available their customer service contacted me to confirm if I still wanted it and shipped it to me quickly. The online purchasing was easy & it covered the shipping cost. Easy peasy!”

“Fast shipping and got exactly what I asked for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Giveing 4 stars because I only received 1 key instead of two. If I had know that was the case I could have ordered 2 singles and received 2 keys.”

“The online experience was informative, selection and descriptions good and checkout efficient. The only “hitch” so to speak is that Canada post would not deliver the product, advising it should not have been accepted at the source and it was too heavy for delivery. Inconvenient and frankly surprising.”
