“You were really helpful with the fit once I started my purchase. I did asked the fit question like 2-3 weeks before buying and never got a response. I haven't tried installation yet.”

“Helpful service, as always (this is my 6th purchase). However, I have to rate 4 out of 5 because my rack arrived missing some bolts that are supposed to take another 5 weeks to arrive ... so I'm going to have to go out and shell out another $20+ to buy them myself.”

“I ordered a new/unopened snow and snowboard rack from rack attack. When it came in the box had clearly been opened and retaped. Parts were ripped out of the bag and some legs were assembled and some were not. I soon realized I was missing a part as well. This review is saved by the fact that I reached out listing the parts I was missing and asking for a partial refund so I only pay the open box price. They quickly replied saying we will send the parts and issue a refund. No refund yet but I did received that parts so that was good at least.”

“Delivery was prompt and as promised. Did not receive the complete order (lock cores) but the customer service team was quick to respond, just waiting for confirmation of remaining items being shipped. Rack works great and installation was easy.”

“Quick delivery from Canada. Good price. The box of my bike rack had clearly been previously opened and repacked which perhaps should have been mentioned but the product inside was perfect so I can't complain.”

“Easy to navigate site, fast, reasonable shipping. Was one of the only retailers with the item in stock for immediate shipping. (Dometic Hydration Water Jug). The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that a different color jug was delivered than the one I ordered. Same item, no impact on usability.”
