“So far, great. I didn't give 5 stars (for now) because I'm waiting for the rest of my order: (B.O.) I've got the landing pad and waiting for the towers and the bar. Fast delivery for the landing pad.”

“I give it 4 stars because we have yet to put a second e-bike on the rack. The ramp is great! But we're not quite sure how we'll secure the second bike with the clamp. The rack is ideal for road bikes; not so sure about e-bikes... but we like the ease of attaching the rack to the trailer hitch. It's also nice to be able to pull the rack down to access the back door hatch.”

“On-line ordering was easy. Delivery was fast and almost everything was there (minus the master key for the SKS locks). Only complaint I have is when I entered my vehicle on the website, I was only offered Thule racks. But since I wanted Yakima racks, I have accessories from previous Yakima racks, I had to go to Yakima's site, find the parts numbers and order them on Rack Attack.”

“Buying from rack attack was great and easy. Ill definitely buy from them again. They didnt know everything about what I needed and compatibility, but I was able to figure things out elsewhere and buy from them. (Specifically they need to update their site to accommodate for rack systems and attachments that fit a retrax one xr bed cover)”

“In order to attach the carrier to a 1/4" square tube, the supplied fastening bolts needed to be replaced. Otherwise, a great set up.”
