I ordered a new/unopened snow and snowboard rack from rack attack.
When it came in the box had clearly been opened and retaped. Parts were ripped out of the bag and some legs were assembled and some were not. I soon realized I was missing a part as well.
This review is saved by the fact that I reached out listing the parts I was missing and asking for a partial refund so I only pay the open box price. They quickly replied saying we will send the parts and issue a refund. No refund yet but I did received that parts so that was good at least.
