We purchased the Truck Bed Extender for my 12 foot kayak and we could not be happier. This kayak is heavy and the best way to transport it is in the bed of my pickup which only has a 5.5 foot bed. The bed extender is the perfect solution and it is easy to set up and use and provides a great deal of stability driving down the road.
