“Finding the correct towers and clamps for my vehicle was pretty easy to ID from the site but I needed the round bar adapter which was not so easy. Once the parts were ordered the wrong adapter was sent. After a note to CS the correct item was sent.”

“My rack arrived much faster than I expected but when I got it and purchased my e-bike I realized the bike had fenders and I could not use a rack supported on the front tire. I was able to return it to a local rack attack store and order a rack that would work for me. This rack had to be shipped from the Victoria store which is taking much longer. I am still waiting.”

“L'envoi du produit s'est fait dans les règles de l'art. Là où ça s'est détérioré, c'est la cie UPS qui n'a pas respecté la journée de livraison. Et non seulement ils ont changé la journée de livraison, ils ont pas respecté la période de livraison. Ils devaient passer en PM et ils ont passé en AM. J'ai perdu 2 jours de travail à cause des modifications d'horaires et de périodes de livraison!!! Grande déception!!!”

“Ordering was easy, shipping was quick. I did ask a question about SKS Keys for the Yakima SUPDawg that I ordered which no one bothered to answer for me. I did want to get locks to match my existing keys. I realize that maybe that is not possible, but if that's the case I did expect someone to inform me of that, not just ignore the question completely.”

“I had a such a great experience with your Austin team; not so much with your Pasadena team (minus 1 star). I was looking for a hard to find item and Pasadena would not sell me the part locally as it was their display item. Austin team was more than happy to help me with the sale (they sold me their display item at a discount) and shipping to Los Angeles. Part received, installed and I'm ready to keep Overlanding. Thank you!”

“Overall I had a positive, learning and productive experience. However, I initially followed the guide by vehicle model leading me to an all in one kit only, which indicated was no longer available. I almost went off to other sites, but luckily for you I figured out that you had most of what I needed, just not the BC136 base clip for my car.”
