got our rack delivered part was damaged and hitch connection was busted, took the rack to a local rack attack in Vancouver BC, they replaced the hole rack, so far so good, great service at the Vancouver shop, the guy went out of his way

Overall I had a positive, learning and productive experience. However, I initially followed the guide by vehicle model leading me to an all in one kit only, which indicated was no longer available. I almost went off to other sites, but luckily for you I figured out that you had most of what I needed, just not the BC136 base clip for my car.

The Yakima carrier key worked, I originally gave the wrong number. I thought the shipping cost a bit high, but I have another key that works so I am happy.

Website was easy to use and I got my gear faster than expected. Only issue was that the box for the towers had clearly been opened and taped shut again, and the inner bag was ripped open and two of the bar end caps were missing. Everything else looked good and unused and I had a trip planned the next day so I just accepted it. Overall a good experience.

The rack fits my Forester roof bars fine but the little "must use" allen wrench was tough to handle. Yes, I understand it tightens the bolts so that they locked for anyone not having the specialized tool but pretty little and awkward.

The item I wanted was on backorder. While in these days, supplies are difficult to obtain, their communication of expected delivery was not great. Since it was back ordered, I wish they had advised me to use my credit card rather than PayPal.

Did not receive square key to set locks and had to go get it. Otherwise it would have been 5.

Nice customer service and quick response. The only reason I'm giving a 4 stars is for the delay it took before shipping the parts, as it was in stock and not BO as mentioned in my order. I had to do a follow up on my BO stuff after couple weeks so I can get my order completed from multiple locations, which is an asset for Rack Attack!

Received the rack withing 10 days, staff very helpful when ordering, rack took over two hours to install, measurements and location for ACURA MDX 2020 were not accurate. I had to adjust and improvise. Lots of cutting, inserting rubber strips for the Rhino brand.

I am still waiting for the spare tire to be sent. I paid for it when I picked up the trailer. It has been a few weeks and still no spare tire. I have assembled the trailer and it is great. Spare tire has arrived and I have installed it. The product is excellent, there was an issue when the spare tire arrived they did not call me right away and actually put with someone else’s order which was no complete either. Then they realized what they had done and contacted the buyer who’s order was not complete and informed them that the spare tire was part of my order, then called me to say the tire had been there for a week. Everything is fine now, but I am not pleased with the delay in notifying me the tire had arrived and was ready to be picked up.

I needed a lock for my Yakima bike rack and they were out of them but RA had it. My credit card had been hacked and I had just gotten my new one. there was a problem with the sale going thru. I got an email from RA and called and explained what happened and used a different card. they were very helpful and I got my order in a few days.

Box was damaged and parts were unwraped with no instructions. Had an immediate response from customer representative who resolved all problems. Would certainly do bussiness with them again
