“The rack was in stock and delivered very quickly . The only issue I had was in requesting specific lock cores . I didn’t receive the ones I requested .”

“Hi there, I paid for 24 hour UPS air delivery. My order # 914865. I would respectfully request Rack Attack refund me back the $82.11 express 24 hour delivery that I paid for. I ordered the package last Friday August 27th, at approx 11:30 a.m, Halifax time, so first thing Vancouver time and it was delivered Wednesday morning September 1st at 9:58 in the morning. I spoke with UPS on Monday August 30th, as I offered going to their depot when my package arrived, they said that would not be possible as the package will not arrive within 24 hours as there was a delay from Rack Attack in placing the order with UPS on Friday Aug 27th. I paid for the overnight air delivery so that I could install my Thule roof rack for my Tuesday morning drive to PEI. Unfortunately I left a ton of items behind (including golf 4 sets of golf clubs) as I could not attach my Thule where the fit kit was not sent to me on time. I look forward to your response and my refund. (My neighbor picked it up from my doorstep, he is away right now, so I am hoping it is not damaged, as I haven't opened the package yet). “Had an issue installing one of the four Skyline towers. Before buying RA staff said...yeah, no problem we'll be there to help you through any issues. Well, that was false. Besides the one issue, the install went OK. Long, but ok. Don't expect RA to really provide any meaningful, timely assistance. Update: RA staff reached out to me to better understand my issue. I appreciated this and increased my rating to 4 stars.”

“Overall, my experience was very good. Spoke to a few members at Rack Attack in trying to determine the best rails for Jeep Wrangler ( 2 door). After a few conversations, the staff, with great knowledge, gave me great advice. Rails and accessories were shipped in no time.”

“By chance they had the Thule hull-a-port xt so grabbed them and actually bought two sets as the 4Runner had the space to fit them with storage in between … just that it’s a little high so we had to make adjustments for loading but they seem to work ok, we do not travel far just 10 miles to a reservoir so don’t know the over the road stability as of yet”

“Overall great service. Very prompt delivery. All parts were the correct ones for my car. I did not give you a 5 rating because the sales person could not confirm that the old Thule Evolution box I was buying the rack for would actually fit the Evo Wing Bars. A sales person from Thule answered that for me.”

“Your delivery and accuracy were admirable but the parts for Yakima racks are unbelievably expensive. I had hoped to get enough parts for two top racks (a front and a back) at that price, but I just didn't look closely.”
