“Your delivery and accuracy were admirable but the parts for Yakima racks are unbelievably expensive. I had hoped to get enough parts for two top racks (a front and a back) at that price, but I just didn't look closely.”

“Some complications with the order. Mostly because the sizes that Thule had listed for my car were incorrect. But these guys took care of it and I'm all situated now. Great customer service.”

“Rack Attack has great customer service and they are quick to answer questions and ship products. Prices were very competitive too. However, I was shipped the wrong rack at first. RA quickly contacted me to rectify, sent UPS label for return, and advised me that correct rack was going to be sent out and UPS would pick up wrong rack. That was over a week ago - the new rack hasn't showed and UPS has not yet picked up the old rack.”

“Fast shipping and great rack BUT terrible delivery. It was left at our front door, in full view of the street. One of the pieces was not even on our front porch, but rather left on the driveway. For an item worth $1600, a signature should have been mandatory. Thank goodness I was home. Not impressed.”

“So far, so good with this rack. My only complaint is with the installation instructions! I wish it would have been more clear on how to attach it to the car rack. More words instead of just pictures. I was man-handling the rubber part to pull it up into place. Little did I realize that was what the knob was for! gah . . . hate to say that I needed my husband for that part.”

“The only place I could buy everything I needed. It was expensive but the selection was unmatched. Navigating the site was easy enough. Ordering was easy. Customer service was hit and miss - those I got through to we’re knowledgeable and answered my questions, it just took a few tries to get someone to answer in a timely fashion.”

“It would have been a 5 BUT they knowingly send only 1/2 of the installation manual. At least 'Levi at the kelowna rack attack' helped me out with the locks, but that shouldnt have been necessary if thule's instructions wouldve been complete. I did have to go to 'over the top' for service above and beyond though!”

“This came in the mail really quickly and fit on my vehicle perfectly, seems complicated to install at first (for someone with no experience with roof racks) but once you get going its really easy. All pieces were there and in great shape. It was so easy to order as well just put in your vehicle type and good to go. Don't need to order any separate parts everything you need is in a bundle package that they recommend you to buy.”

“The racks arrived quickly but both boxes showed damage and one box was completely open at one end. I have not installed them yet but I hope all the parts are there and I have no issues. I did inform Rack Attack about the damage just after the delivery.”

“I like the Saris Bones EX 3 Bike Rack but I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't told that I will need an extra adapter for my lady's bike that I also have to buy for my daughter's bike. This adapter is about $60 plus tax.”
