“Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable on the phone ... only reason for a 4star is my product was $199.95 and free shipping started at $200 so I had to spend $5 on a key I don't need to save the shipping cost ... couldn't find another way around it ...”

“I submitted a support question (and left VMs at a couple local stores) but the email reply wasn’t very helpful re: clarifying the minefield that is dynamic weight limits vs. standard practice (it’s like MadMax out there—everyone is putting everything on top of every kind of vehicle it seems). I would have loved some more advice. I realize it’s probably a liability thing but I would have loved some back up—or a quick call to ease my fears, a RTT rig is expensive and scary for a first timer.”

“Fast shipping and good communications. However when I assembled the rack the end was deformed from the factory and the end cap would not fit. I was able to bend it open a bit and fit the end cap on it. The rack is nice yet very noisy at any speeds past 50mph.”

“it's functional comes at a decent price and works well.it could easily have some place on it to attach tie down hooks and it could come slightly more assembled and marked............it did not take extremely long to put tugether and I am very happy with it”
