Rack attack customer service was great. However, so far I can't stand this Thule wingbar evo roof rack. One of the worst purchases I have ever made. Instructions were horrible and installation ridiculously complicated. Also they whistle like crazy. I thought the whole point of the aero bar was to be silent. Very angry
